As a Sales Consultant at Radcom, Gina Pratt is responsible for helping clients find the right solutions to their organizational challenges, then connecting them with the right Radcom resources. Gina is an experienced business development with expertise in sales, project management, customer relationship management (CRM) and event coordination, and she believes in taking a relationship-focused approach to working with current and prospective customers alike. Prior to joining Radcom, Gina spent 30 years working in various capacities in the dental industry, supporting sales, event coordination and public relations efforts.
Gina holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Business from The University of Akron with a concentration in Business Management. She is also a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and is currently pursuing her Certified Meeting Professional credential.
