Therese Longo, Radcom’s Vice President of Operations, draws on her expertise as a Certified Performance Thinking® Practitioner and over 20 years in instructional design to lead continuous performance improvement efforts. She guides Radcom’s project teams in creating impactful custom documentation, training, and performance support for clients to enhance their professional abilities. Therese also collaborates with company executives, managing projects that help clients achieve organizational goals, making her a vital force in Radcom’s commitment to excellence and performance improvement.
Prior to working in her current position, Therese was the Operations Manager and Senior Project Writer for Radcom. She is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and the Cleveland Society for Human Resources(CSHRM). She holds a Master of Education, Instructional Technology degree from Kent State University.
