As Operations Manager for Radcom, Elena manages project teams that help clients improve employee and organizational performance by creating tailored training programs and technical documentation. Elena worked as an instructional designer at Radcom for four years before taking on her current role. Before that, she spent 18 years in the learning and development industry managing corporate learning and development programs, managing projects, providing instructional design, training trainers, and facilitating training sessions. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Education from Bowling Green State University.
