As an Associate Operations Manager for Radcom, Kate Graham is a performance analyst and instructional designer who is also responsible for maintaining quality assurance and performance improvement. She applies her skills in learner experience and instructional design, technical writing, editing, and project management to help her clients achieve higher levels of individual and organizational performance. Kate has worked in the learning and development industry for over a decade.
Kate holds a master’s degree in creative writing—fiction from Cleveland State University as well as a master’s degree in English literature from the University of Toledo. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in creative writing with a minor in graphic design from Siena Heights University.
