Director of Finance and Support

Debbie Mekker keeps the wheels turning at Radcom—on both the money and people fronts. As Director of Finance, HR, and Support, she handles everything from payroll and billing to benefits, forecasting, and making sure the numbers (and people) are happy and aligned.

She’s been part of Radcom’s journey for over 13 years, wearing many hats along the way: Controller, Sales Rep, Recruiter—you name it. Before that, she worked in education, where her talent for organization and connection really took root.

Debbie’s the one you want when you need calm in the chaos and clarity in a spreadsheet. She also volunteers with the Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management and holds a degree in Accounting and Business Management.
