Elena Gonzalez leads the charge at Radcom, helping teams create custom training and technical docs that actually boost employee performance and help organizations hit their goals.

With 20+ years in learning and development, she’s a pro at blending instructional design, performance improvement, and project management. Elena’s all about making training fit business needs, keeping projects on track, and building solid partnerships with clients and teammates.

Before stepping into this role, she wore many hats at Radcom—as an instructional designer and Operations Manager. Before that, she spent nearly two decades running corporate learning programs—designing content, leading projects, training facilitators, and delivering sessions. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s in Business Education from Bowling Green State University.
