Integrator & Director of Sales and Marketing

Ginny Haas keeps Radcom’s operations and sales working in perfect harmony. As Integrator and Director of Sales and Marketing, she ensures all parts of the business come together to achieve company goals while building strong client relationships through smart, creative solutions.

A Radcom team member since 2006, Ginny has over 25 years of sales and operations experience. She’s earned recognition from the Society for Technical Communication and Sales & Marketing Executives International for her impactful work.

Outside of Radcom, Ginny stays engaged with the Female Executive Mastermind, the Solon Chamber of Commerce, and has held leadership roles with the Northeast Ohio STC. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from Kent State University.
